Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao and now a senator of the Philippine government, said that he donated about $200 million on projects that will help the poor.
“Every income I receive in boxing, almost half of it goes to the less fortunate,” he said.
“After each fight, half of my income goes to the poor. But I don’t like to announce it,” Pacquiao added.
As per Forbes information, Pacquiao’s income from his boxing career and endorsements is approximately $500 million.

Pacquiao stated that he wants to keep fighting so can continue his charity work that has helped many Filipinos already all throughout his 21-year boxing career.
In May, he was elected as a senator of the Philippines wherein he sits on 15 committees. This work of his means that he has only been training part-time for his upcoming fight with Jessie Vargas.
