4,000 drug pushers, users surrender in Tagum City
The Duterte Effect has infected the entire nation now as more and more drug users and pushers have surrendered to the government.
In Tagum City, 4,064 combination of users and pushers surrendered, Saturday morning after the local government of Tagum and its Anti-illegal Drug units intensified the Oplan TokHang (Toktok Hangyo) in the city.

The Tagum City Hall got full house of drugs traders who listen to the words of wisdom given by the city Mayor Allan Rellon who would give them a second chance provided that they will stop the use and trade of such illegal drugs.
