Duterte's 8888 and 911 Hotlines Coming This August.

Filipinos are all hyped up to know that Duterte's promise of launching official hotlines for complaints and emergencies is nearing.

Change truly has come as Andanar, Communications Chief of the Palace has announced that 8888 and 911 will officially be launched this August. 8888 hotline for citizen complaints while 911 will be the official emergency hotline replacing 117, currently the official emergency hotline.
