PNP Chief Dela Rosa Confirmed: 9 out of 2,405 cops test positive for drugs.

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa on Monday expressed alarm over the number of policemen who tested positive for drugs.
