He has previously said that he wants to end long queues at government offices, saying that he sees no reason for the long wait in this age of computers and said processes should take no longer than 90 days. Duterte said that those who are concerned about corrupt officials in a particular agency may submit their list of required documents to the Executive Secretary's office.
