How Marcos And 8 CIDG Men Murdered Espinosa In Jail Has Just Been Proven By The NBI!!!

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) finally released their findings over the de Albuera Mayor, Rolando Espinosa, Sr. ath of a rubout. Our findings show there was no shootout between [Albuera, Leyte] Mayor Espinosa and the policemen, said Ferdinand Lavin, NBI spokesperson and deputy director.

This further strengthen the allegation against Supt. Marvin Marcos and the CIDG Eastern Visayas who orchestrated the crime to kill the mayor. According to the NBI, the killing was premeditated and the victim was defenseless when he was killed. "It is patently clear that the acts of CIDG-8 operatives showed a community of purpose or an implied conspiracy. There was unison in their purpose and action, signifying that they were all moved by a single criminal intent.

The NBI also claimed that the gun inside Espinosa's cell was planted which was supported by a testimony of an inmate in which he said that a police operative was seen wearing gloves and entering the cell. When that operative went inside the cell, he was holding a gun. But when he left, there was no gun anymore.

The bullet holes also proved the testimonies of the CIDG-8, wrong. The first bullet hole was found near where Espinosa died while the second hole was found near the comfort room. Based on its trajectory, it is 'impossible' that the mayor could have fired "his" gun..
