Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal witnesses evidence of real ‘change’

Legazpi City, Albay Mayor Noel Rosal had this realization after he witnessed Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) personnel clearing the roads of debris on Christmas night, during the height of the storm.

" “HIGHLY COMMENDABLE 2nd dist. DPwH ……clearing na kaagad right now at washington drive.iba na talaga ngayon sa panahon ni pangulong duterte.pag ganito tayo uunlad na talaga tayo.para bukas pag gising natin passable na mga kalsada,sunod natin APEC,” Mayor Noel wrote."
