Doctor and human rights advocate: To those who say change hasn’t come, I laugh at your face

Lorraine Marie T. Badoy, daughter of trial chief former Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Anacleto Badoy in her Facebook page lashed on the critics of President Rodrigo Duterte who claim that there is yet to be change in the face of Philippine politics.

“You say change has’nt come? I laugh at your face.”

She quoted Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Judy M. Taguiwalo, who in her own page, announced that the government is not in need of foreign assistance to aid the victims of recent typhoons Karen and Lawin.

“Nakitang may sapat na pondo ang gobyerno at mga ahensya nito para saklolohan ang mga mamamayang apektado” the secretary said.

She said this is caused by the absemve of corruption in the government.

“Nagtutulungan ang mga LGU, members ng private sector, and taumbayan at ang pambansang gobyerno sa pamumuno ni Pres. Duterte para maibigay ang saklolong tulong para sa ating mga kapatid na nasalanta.” she wrote.

“Pagsisikapin natin na paghusayin at linisin ang sistema ng relief and assistance distribution NANG WALANG HALONG PULITIKA” she added.

Badoy praised the administration and the secretary.

“Mabuhay ka pa sana ng mahabang mahaba Sec Judy Taguiwalo! ANG ASTIG MO!” she wrote.
