Ito ang naging pahayag ni Department of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade sa isang presscon patungkol sa mga nakalinyang malalaking proyektong ipapatayo ng Duterte Administration. Ayon sa kalihim, lahat ng mahahalagang detalye ng mga proyekto ay ilalagay sa nasabing internet information portal. Makatutulong daw ito para masawata ng husto ang korapsyon sa pamahalaan.

“In other words, lahat ho ‘nong proyekto, makikita n’yo diyan sa freedom of information portal. The status, the contract, the contractor, lahat ng detalye niyan, the state nandodoon ho ‘yan,” sabi ni Tugade.
