Sa botong 9-5 ay pinayagan ng Korte Suprema na mailibing na sa Libingan ng mga Bayani si dating pangulong Ferdinand Marcos.

Kabilang sa mga bumoto pabor sa paglilibing kay Marcos sa LNMB ay sina Associate Justices Arturo Brion, Presbitero Velasco Jr, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Mariano del Castillo, Jose Perez, Teresita de Castro, Jose Mendoza, at Estela Perlas-Bernabe.
